Here are a few ideas...
+Insert the PowerPoint into the Notebook. It should create a link, but it should also embed the PowerPoint.
+Print the PowerPoint to PDF and insert the PDF or link it to the notebook.
+Find the photos you want. Select multiples. Copy. Past into an open page in the notebook. It won't let you insert the folder, but it will let you paste the contents. If you have images to share and want kids to annotate, this might be your best bet.
